Hampton Inn Richmond West Innsbrook

Very surprised by this hotel. Very clean and updated. I am very picky on cleanliness and this hotel checked the box. Breakfast was good. Vegetarian egg white and waffles were awesome. We asked the evening front attendee to make some fresh coffee and he gladly did it. Will recommend this hotel in Glenn Allen, VA.

I will rate is average & value for money hotel. Rooms were old but decent. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was average. Excellent location, nice neighborhood, lots of shopping & dining options around the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay thanks to Jack at the night front desk—he was professional, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond. The breakfast was also top-notch, especially enjoyed with my fellow Caliee from the Young Republicans event. Great service, great vibes. Thank you so much I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’ve stayed at Hampton Inns many times, and this is definitely one of the great experiences I’ve had. The room was spacious, the staff were friendly, the a/c was quieter than in other locations, so you can get a good night sleep, and the bathroom was large and very clean. The only downside was the breakfast area. When we got there around 8:50am, it was pretty empty. There were no plates and not enough food or drinks available, and I even saw someone come in and leave right away. Luckily, they did restock everything after a little while. Anyways, it was still a great place to stay.

Good rooms great breakfast good location but the staff Emily and Lottie are what makes this place worth staying at they went above and beyond to accommodate me and my mother during our stay! Thanks y’all so much!

Warm service at this Hampton Inn with a very good breakfast. The General Manager and Front Desk staff were so friendly and solved problems promptly. Excellent location close to everything!

Stayed here 2 nights with my wife to visit our daughter, who lives nearby. The place overall feels a bit dated, but the room was quiet and there is ample parking. The room smelled musty, like mold and dampness. However, I slept like a baby both nights, which I almost never do in a hotel. On the plus side, breakfast is included (a rarity these days), and the food and selection were amazing! Kudos to the breakfast folks!! Seriously, give them a raise. Biscuits, gravy, sausage, eggs - I'm set for the day. Front desk folks were friendly, as well. I would suggest that they look into filtered water for the water-bottle-filling station - the water tasted like tap water. Also, some of the electrical plugs in the room didn't seem to work unless I plugged my device in at just the right angle.

the sink plunger didn’t work, there was not a sofa bed in the room as stated in room description, just a chair, the AC unit sounded like it needed to be looked at, and there are two shampoos in the shower instead of one shampoo and one conditioner. Coffee in lobby was very good! Location is great!
